If you are looking for a party for an older child then we have fab messy science themed ‘out of this world’ party session to offer, aimed at children aged 4 and up. Children can get hands on making lava lamps, create their own mini explosions, mine for ice on birthday planets and discover gooey alien slime – all manner of messy sciencey fun that you’d never encourage at home!

messy parties work best with no more than 16 children – if you invite 20 then this works out well as not everyone make it on the day! messy parties take place at a venue of your choice, usually a church hall or community centre that is used to hosting childrens’ parties. messy monkeys does not provide the food, decorations or party bags. Usually the messy party takes about an hour, including time to get everyone cleaned up and changed back into their party gear. After they have worn themselves out getting well and truly messy the children move to a separate space to have their party tea whilst we do all the tidying up!
