Here at messy monkeys HQ we’ve spent almost 15  years meticulously planning out the perfect way for the little monkeys to enjoy messy play at its messiest and we’d love to share that with you!

How does a franchise work?

As a franchisee you have the best of both worlds – you’ll be your own boss, but with the safety net and support of an established business model.  You choose your own working schedule and have freedom to run classes in your own way…  but rather than being all on your own, we will give you all the guidance you need to create your own messy play business, as well as the technology to make it happen!

Setting up your own business can be costly – there’s establishing your own website, designing logos, getting trademarks, legal fees associated with privacy policies and data protection laws, online booking systems, marketing materials….. the list goes on and on…  BUT with a franchise we’ve already done the hard work for you!  With Messy Monkeys, you get 15 years worth of expertise and experience so you can hit the ground running…!

Of course, there is a cost associated with becoming a franchisee; you are effectively buying a ready made business.  We price our franchises at as low a rate as possible because we know most people looking to join the team are parents seeking work/life balance!   We can detail the costs when we chat to you but, before you get in touch you should be aware that you will need around £3000 to invest in a franchise with Messy Monkeys.  We do have finance packages available and instalment options too so, fingers crossed, we can help you on your journey to owning your own fun, flexible and financially rewarding baby and toddler business! x

• everything you need to get started – a huge manual of information passing on all our expertise – issues around insurance, data protection, risk assessment and health and safety are all solved!
• session plans and resource lists – you can be as creative as you like when running classes but just in case you need some plans to work from we’ve got over 80 themed sessions for you to work through to bring messy joy to your classes!
• an easy to use online space to promote your local sessions and process bookings – we will link you to an online payment facility making your administration secure and straightforward.
• marketing materials tailored for you – social media and paper marketing is super easy because we supply all the assets for you via our in house marketing team.
• mentorship and support – all new franchisees are allocated a mentor to hold their hand through their first term, after that we are a tight knit team who support each other on a daily basis.
